These Terms and Conditions apply to https://wprokitchen.com eShop. Before confirming your online order, please read the Terms and Conditions, product introduction, ordering instructions, and the Returned Goods Terms and Conditions. Product Ownership
- Customers should settle the full amount of the products purchased or any outstanding balance before delivery takes place. If Customers have not paid the outstanding balance at the time of delivery, the Company reserves the right to forfeit the relevant deposit and recover the products.
- The Company reserves the right to the product until Customer pays the full amount for the purchase of the product. Product liabilities will be deemed to have transferred to Customer at the same time as the product is delivered to the Customer.

The Company disclaims all warranties, express or implied. The Company does not warrant that the eShop and its services will meet your requirements, or that the Services are timely, uninterrupted, secure or error-free, or that any information, products, services or other content and materials contained in or provided through the eShop are free of viruses, errors or other harmful components that may interfere with or impair the operation of your equipment.
- The company would arrange relevant delivery procedures according to the customer’s requirements. However, the responsibility and obligation of the Company would be limited to timely delivery and providing assistance to the Customer in the event of a logistics incident. The Company does not assume any additional compensation on top of the compensation provided by the logistics service to the Customer. All claim enquiries would be handled in accordance with the provisions of the logistics service. The Customer shall not claim any compensation before the whole logistics inquiry period ends. Customers are reminded to verify the delivery address and the telephone number of the consignee to avoid any delivery delay.
- Customers must review the terms of this disclaimer. If you choose to continue to visit this eShop or our physical store, you agree to and accept the terms of these disclaimers. In the event of any dispute in the future, the decision of the Company shall be final.
Dispute Resolution
Any dispute between the Customer and the Company may be resolved in accordance with the agreement or relevant laws deemed by the parties at that time.
